A development project planned for the area of Pentz Road and Lago Vista Way has some of the area’s residents concerned about traffic and fire safety. Sue Seropian and Ted Reece, who both live off of Lago Vista Way, spoke Tuesday about their concerns regarding the Paradise Summit project and the problems it will bring. The project, which has been in the works for about six years, plans to develop 333 acres of land into 312 single-family homes. The reality is that the 312 homes will be squeezed onto just 137 acres of land on the site. The remaining 197 acres will be used for open space areas, a deer and wildlife migration corridor and a wastewater treatment disposal area.
