					Dave Pettersen - Senior Vice President Dave's 25+ years in the utility industry include representing San Diego, Gas & Electric (SDG&E) on regulatory and legislative issues as a Project Principal and Project Management Supervisor. He brings expertise in tariff and rate applications, California Public Utilities Commission proceedings, and non-regulated utility projects. 					Patrick Gorgas - Vice President Patrick joined Butsko 1998 and possesses a diverse skill base from 19 years of energy and telecommunication systems design and construction. Patrick began his career as a Navy Seabee, where he was trained in electrical theory, power generation/distribution and communications. He then took these skills to San Diego Gas & Electric, where he was a designer and planner; he has also worked at Pacific Bell as a maintenance splicer. 					Carl Richards - Division Manager Carl has 12+ years of customer service and utility project management experience. Preceding his employment with Butsko, he worked for Pacific Bell as a Business Industry Consultant (BIC) Engineer allowing him to build relationships with developers and builders while accommodating their telecommunications needs. As Division Manager for the Inland Empire Division in Murrieta, Carl oversees the Project Management Team while continuing to provide quality customer service to his clients in the Inland Empire and San Diego areas. 					Julie Grucella - Executive Assistant Julie joined Butsko in March of 2007, as the Executive Assistant to Senior Vice President, Dave Pettersen in the Inland Empire division. 					Dave Ramirez - Senior Project Manager Dave joined Butsko in 2001 bringing five years of engineering and project management experience gained while working at SBC as an Outside Plant Engineer. 					Eddie Pablos -  Senior Project Manager Eddie joined Butsko in 2002, having six years of previous project management experience acquired while working as an Outside Plant Engineer for Pacific Bell and a Project Manager for a private telecommunication services provider. 					Bob Schafer - Special Project Analyst Prior to joining Butsko, Bob was employed by The Southern California Edison Company for 26 years.  During his tenure at Edison he managed/supervised the Accounting/Finance areas and was responsible for the development and implementation of a number of computer programs within the Customer Service Department.  Since joining Butsko, Bob has developed a number of programs to monitor and facilitate the estimating and scheduling of work related tasks.  His current responsibilities include updating/maintaining the Project Scheduling Program, providing project analysis as required, and development of new computer programs.
