					Gregg A. Butsko - President Gregg has over 23 years of utility planning and design experience. Gregg currently serves as a technical representative for the Building Industry Association of California in Public Utilities Commission tariff matters, and has been directly involved in several rate-making cases. Prior to forming Butsko Utility Design, Inc. in 1994, Gregg was a Vice President at Utility Specialists, Inc. where he spent 10 years managing the firm’s Southern California division. 					Ashok Nayudu - Senior Designer Ashok has a Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE -1972) from the University of Washington in Seattle Washington. Ashok joined Butsko in November 2003 after retiring with over 29 years of utility experience at Seattle City Light. His background includes over 19 years of overhead distribution and transmission design and underground facilities design, as well as 10 years of Municipal Electric Utility Management. Ashok’s knowledge of electric utility overhead and underground design brought him to Butsko in a Senior Designer role. 					Denis DeVries - Professional Engineer - Electrical Denis has a Degree in Electrical Engineering (BS) from Seattle University and is a Washington Professional Engineer, Electrical (#11304) and a Senior Member, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. His background includes fifteen years supervisory & management experience in all aspects of overhead & underground distribution design, frequently joint with communications agencies and ten years power design experience (Overhead & Underground, distribution & transmission).  His areas of specialty are Electrical Construction Code Reviews, including revisions & amendments, (WAC, RCW, NESC, and Utility Standards) as applied to: utility wire contacts, car-pole collisions, and the injuries arising from them; site evaluations, documentation analysis & critique, report preparation and testimony. 					Allan Whitcomb - Professional Engineer - Electrical Allan is a Washington Professional Engineer, Electrical (#16847) with 33 years of experience in areas of specialty such overhead & underground distribution system design, relay and control and substation. Previous to joining Butsko Allan had previous experience as part of a team at Seattle City Light that revised and created the new Seattle City Light Standards and updated documents used by the Seattle City Light crews. In addition, Allan worked with key Seattle City Light customers to optimize their ability to obtain higher voltage and enhance their power quality and lessen the number of outages. 					Chris Beeman - Designer Chris originally joined Butsko in 2000 as an AutoCAD drafter from San Diego Gas & Electric where he worked as a Technical Support Assistant for 5 years in the Electric Distribution Planning Department.  Chris is currently working out of Butsko’s newest office located in Lynnwood, Washington.  As a Designer, Chris is responsible for both commercial and residential projects, Seattle City Light, and municipal utility projects.
