					John Pyles - Division Manager Over two decades in the utility industry, John has held a variety of project management and leadership positions. His experience encompasses the design, construction, and technical aspects of electric, gas, and telecommunications systems serving large master planned communities within the Orange County and Inland Empire regions. 					Joel Radovan - Senior Project Manager Joel joined Butsko in February of 1999. Prior to joining Butsko, Joel spent 11 years within the Mapping, Record and Engineering Department at San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), where he acquired a broad range of utility experience. Since joining Butsko, Joel has diligently managed projects throughout San Diego, Los Angeles and Riverside Counties. Joel has also been heavily involved in teaching skills and strategies for promoting effective team performance in order to achieve team goals. 					David Seeley – Project Manager David brings over 17 years of experience in the Construction, Engineering, Design and Electrical Utility Field to the Butsko team.  He has held a variety of positions in both the private and public sectors. While at Power Engineering Services, University California Irvine, and Southern California Edison, David’s responsibilities included Project Management of Large Scale Commercial, Residential, and Industrial Developments. 					Erin Galvery – Project Coordinator Erin joined Butsko Utility Design in 2007.  Prior to joining Butsko, Erin spent two years with AT&T where she was responsible for the project management of construction for residential and commercial developments.  Erin also brings three years of experience in city government and three years of experience with The Southern California Gas Company in New Construction Sales. This experience in the utility and government industries allows Erin to provide excellent project management support to the Orange County division. 					Abrhil Arvizu - Lighting Services Manager Abrhil joined Butsko with a background in product management, business development and site lighting design.  She earned a Masters in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University.  Abrhil’s experience gives her a thorough understanding of Butsko’s projects, enabling her to better support the management team and provide exceptional service to Butsko’s clientele. 					Derek Gooding - Associate Designer Derek Gooding comes to Butsko from MBK Homes, and started as an AutoCAD drafter supporting our Southern California offices. With Butsko since August of 2003, Derek recently obtained his associate's degree in computer aided drafting and design at ITT. Derek was promoted in 2007 to Associate Designer and will continue to assist with supporting our Southern California offices.
