Dave Pettersen - Senior
Vice
President
Dave's
25+ years in the utility industry include representing San Diego, Gas
& Electric (SDG&E) on regulatory and legislative issues as a
Project Principal and Project Management Supervisor. He brings
expertise in tariff and rate applications, California Public Utilities
Commission proceedings, and non-regulated utility projects. In
addition, he has extensive experience in gas and electric system
design, construction and management. Dave oversees Butsko’s
Southern California Region and is located in the Murrieta and Palm
Desert office.

Eddie Pablos -
Senior Project Manager
Eddie joined Butsko in 2002, having six years of
previous project management experience acquired while working as an
Outside Plant Engineer for Pacific Bell and a Project Manager for a
private telecommunication services provider. While at Pacific Bell as a
Design Engineer, Eddie worked with various external organizations
including developers, municipalities, and Caltrans. His technical
expertise, customer service, and project management skills enable him
to provide quality customer service to Butsko's clients.

Leanna Thrane - Associate Project Manager
Leanna joined the Butsko team in 2004. She brings with her
the skills attained during seven years in the customer service industry
and over two years as a customer service manager. She utilizes these
skills on a daily basis assisting in coordinating with clients,
contractors, and utility personnel. Her drive to ensure client
satisfaction and high quality results is a welcomed asset to the
Project Management Team.
