						Gregg A. Butsko - President Gregg has over 23 years of utility planning and design experience. Gregg currently serves as a technical representative for the Building Industry Association of California in Public Utilities Commission tariff matters, and has been directly involved in several rate-making cases. 						Jay Butsko - Controller Jay's accounting experience includes working as an intern at SAIC's tax department and working for a CPA firm in San Diego. He was also the Accounting Manager for Builders Showcase Interiors. Jay earned his degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from San Diego State University. 						Kim van der Linden - Accounts Receivable Specialist Kim brings over 10 years of experience in accounting to Butsko. 						Joel Radovan - Senior Project Manager Joel joined Butsko in February of 1999. Prior to joining Butsko, Joel spent 11 years within the Mapping, Record and Engineering Department at San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), where he acquired a broad range of utility experience. Since joining Butsko, Joel has diligently managed projects throughout San Diego, Los Angeles and Riverside Counties. 						Steve Shelby – Project Manager Steve joined Butsko in 2004 as a Project Manager following a seventeen year career with San Diego Gas and Electric.  Steve began his career with SDG&E as an Electric Mapping Technician and was promoted to a Mapping Support Analyst following a three year special assignment with SDG&E's Information Systems Department.  After being promoted to a Re-Engineering Electrical Analyst, Steve accepted at position as a Customer Project Planner within SDG&E's Project Management Department where his experience was utilized in the coordination, management, and design of large commercial and complex multi-family projects.  Over the years, his geographic areas have included San Diego, National City, La Mesa, El Cajon, Mira Mesa, and most recently Downtown San Diego.  Steve has also participated in the training and full-time mentoring of new electric and gas utility planners. 						Bruce Liska - Project Construction Manager As a Project Specialist with Butsko. Bruce brings over 30 years of Engineering, Construction and Utility Operations experience. 						Ashok Nayudu - Senior Designer Ashok has a Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE -1972) from the University of Washington in Seattle Washington. Ashok joined Butsko in November 2003 after retiring with over 29 years of utility experience at Seattle City Light. His background includes over 19 years of overhead distribution and transmission design and underground facilities design, as well as 10 years of Municipal Electric Utility Management. Ashok’s knowledge of electric utility overhead and underground design brought him to Butsko in a Senior Designer role.
